About OutcomeX
OutcomeX is a prediction market: a place to back your beliefs about what's going to happen. Better-informed predictions earn more OXC; worse ones lose it. Over time the prices on each market settle near the true probability of the event.
How it works
- Pick a market. Every market is a yes/no question about a future event with a clear resolution rule.
- Buy YES or NO shares. Each share pays out 1 OXC if the answer matches your side. Prices are in cents (0–100).
- Trade until resolution. You can sell anytime before the market closes — the price reflects the live market's view.
- Resolve. When the event happens (or doesn't), the market resolves and winners are paid out automatically.
What's OXC?
OXC ("OutcomeX Coin") is the unit of account on the platform, backed 1:1 by USDC. Deposit USDC to fund your account, and withdraw your balance at any time.
Is this real money?
Yes. Your OXC balance is backed 1:1 by USDC — fund your account by depositing, and withdraw your balance whenever you like.
